We guarantee the Tenant will stay for 12 months, or we will find a replacement FOR FREE.
If the tenant does not pay their rent as agreed, you don’t pay us our management fee. We are only paid when you are.
Don’t pay us until we produce! When leasing your property, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant and they move into your property. We aggressively market and show your property, screen potential tenants, prepare the lease and do a move-in inspection – all before we get paid anything!
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time with 60-day notice (NO TERMINATION FEES)
Try us for 90 days. Not happy, cancel before the end of that period. No problem.
